By downloading, accessing, or using the wach mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such posting will constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.
wach allows you to track movies and shows you have watched and want to watch. All data you enter (titles, watched status, etc.) is stored locally on your device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the data you input and manage within the App.
The App and its original content (excluding data provided by third parties like TMDB or user-entered data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. The App is protected by copyright and other laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The App utilizes third-party services, including The Movie Database (TMDB) to fetch item information and Apple's iCloud service for data synchronization. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of these third-party services.
The App uses iCloud to synchronize your data across your Apple devices. You are solely responsible for any loss or corruption of your data. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of your data, including data stored in iCloud.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
